- Invitations are sent by the group creator and require acceptance to join.
- Members must make contributions on time to stay in good standing.
4. Winner Selection & Group Closure
- Winners are chosen randomly through the system’s selection process.
- A group closes automatically after all cycles are completed.
5. Payments & Disputes
- Contributions and payouts are managed within the group according to agreed terms.
- Finlot is a management tool and is not responsible for disputes between members or non-payment by any member.
6. Termination of Account
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Finlot provides a platform for managing group savings but does not guarantee payment completion by members. Use at your own discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the new terms.
